Hi, I would like to ask whether it’s possible to see a report (as a company admin) on how many employees (if any) started to fill the survey, but decided to leave it and hadn’t completed it in the end?  Thanks!

Where do you find the overall engagement score for companies you are benchmarked against?

If an employee leaves the company is there a way to get a recast look at my survey results? When seeing comparative data in future years will that former employee be included?

for report it says that less than five people responded. informally when i asked my team at least six people confirmed. how do i check how many responded snd setup for GLINT is correct

I am reviewing all of the suggested learning videos under content resources and don’t see a way to delete if the content is not applicable. Is there a way to delete or hide certain videos, so only applicable videos to our company show up under suggested learnings regarding focus areas? Thanks in advance for your help!-Liana Hess

I can’t find a user that GLINT confirms they added.  Where should I look so I can assign their roles?

Hi, I received a question from a VP.  He has a team of approximately 8 direct reports.  However, one of his direct reports recently left which means, for the purpose of the survey, the team reporting to the terminated leader rolls up to the VP.  He is asking is it possible to get a view of his results without the inherited (temporary reports) included in his Directs report?

Hi i am looking to download my glint report as a presentation but i cant find a button to do this.Please Help

I'm running an executive report for 4 departments that are tied with a business leader I support, when i downloaded  the reports in excel its showing me two columns. One titled Company and the other My teams. I'm assuming that the company refers to the whole corporation and then My teams refers to the 4 departments ID's I selected?  Is someone able to help me confirm my understanding

Hi, we have conducted GLINT survey for the Company this year and now are in the process of analyzing the results. Please, advise why IMPACT of question changes? Why  is it  different for different countries?

Does anyone know if Glint has the capability to change the default demographic breakdowns? Currently it gives us Team, Manager Hierarchy, and one more that we just aren’t that interested in viewing. I know you can manually change it once you are in the report, but we don’t want to put that hassle on all users. 

I have several reports with individual comments from employees. I can export them all to Excel, but there is no clear explanation how to use Text to Columns to display all the comments in the file appropriately. Can I ask for assistance with this?

How do I add a second focus area and actions?  I have one added, the second didn’t take when I first entered it, now I cannot see how to add another from the focus area section.

I would like to know if data of following items are presenting with a score of base 100 or as pourcentage?recommend company ; inclusion manager, contribution success, well being manager...Thanks  

We have had some restructuring where teams have moved under a new manager.  Our assumption is that the prior manager will continue to have that team’s historical results in their dashboard, and the new manager will have that team’s results going-forward.  Is that true?  If so, is there any way to include those historical results in the new team’s dashboard so that we can truly understand trends for the current team structures and compare “apples-to-apples”?

Hello, I have edited our survey and deleted many old questions. Still they are showing up on the export. Can you advise how I can correct the file just to show current survey questions?
