Hi there! In the migration form that needs to be submitted to Microsoft/LinkedIn, there is a question that states the following… If we are intending to migrate data ourselves (or via a VAR), do we need to answer Yes or No to this? Any help greatly appreciated! Thanks

I tried to upload my employees data to the one of our company program on Glint. But after successfully upload the file (CSV FORMAT), unfortunately only 6 out on 15 appears on the platform. May I know what is the reason?

Help!  We have deployed and closed our survey.  Three days later we received an email from an employee stating that they never received any of the invites to take the survey. Do we have the option to add her now and deploy the survey onl to her without causing disruption or population-facing “nudges” to go out to everyone? We have not sure the results yet and so this would not cause a confidentiality issue from that perspective.

I have mapped a manager to a wrong manager and the survey is closed. How can I change manager hierarchy and update the survey report to the correct org? Urgenly need to have this solved 

How can I upload our new company logo that appears in the survey email?

I am a Chief People Officer and thus also an admin for Glint - which is great except that I now don’t have access to the same tools that people leaders get with their results, conversations etc.  Is there any solve for this?

I am attempting to request feedback from some of my colleagues, but do not even have the option to make that request/send out surveys. I’m not sure if this has to do with access or something else. Looking for a way to troubleshoot this issue. Thanks!

On this response in the detail view for Skip Manager is this a score of zero or a skipped question? I am not sure if this means the question was skipped or the score was low.It shows two dashes when you hover over, so I assume the question was skipped but when I look at the results details is says zero.    

I have a few departments that have only 2 people in them. Both employees have filled the survey out, but the data does not reflect a completion rate. It states that the data is insufficient. I assume that this is going to be the same for all small department sizes. Is there a certain number that your department must be in order to aggregate data? 

Hi there,I am looking to run a gender comparison on our engagement scores, as I have done with previous surveys, but this survey is only showing male results. Why is that?

“Sorry, It is resolved now”   Dear Colleagues,I am creating a new survey and I tried to add the system communications. The survey should start on a Friday, therefore by the Communications tab it should display Friday instead of Monday as Pulse start. I am unable to change it to Friday. I have saved it and even approved the survey but it won`t change the Pulse start to Friday from Monday. I guess it should automatically display Friday.Please advise what I can do to correctly set the communications.Thank you in advance.Best Regards,Alexandra Strublik

How can I download a sheet with scores for all managers (I can filter HeatMap by Supervisory Indicator =Y but want to see the score for each question for every manager individually and not the aggregated score for all managers. Thanks.

can we run reports that compares results from prior years

I am trying to create custom rater categories and it keeps populating an error “feedback.admin.error.errorAddingRaterCategory”. There is currently only 4 rater categories currently, so adding additional categories should not be an issue. 

Cannot see the results and reports of March 2020

Who do I connect with to have a link to survey results provided to one of my managers. It needs to provide full access for him so he can go to actions and plan goals. Hence, I need more than the sharing functionality that I can provide. Thanks

When exporting comments to Excel, I’d like to add some metadata to the spreadsheet with additional details like tenure, location, etc. When I add these filters, they are added at the top of the spreadsheet, but they do not appear as columns that can be sorted. Is there a way to add metadata details in the form of columns?
