In a few of the resources, it states suppression is necessary “to prevent guessing the scores of respondent groups with insufficient data using simple math...”. Does someone have an example of this simple math? I feel like I fully understood the suppression guidelines, until I hear/see this statement. Does someone have an example they could share? I don’t understand how sentiment in the comment report is calculated. Is the sentiment based on the entire text of the comment for each open-ended question or each individual keyword or phrase found within a commenter’s response? For example, for a single question, there are only 3 commenters who wrote a single sentence each, but the % positive sentiment is 87% and the % negative sentiment is 13%. This calculation makes it seem like one sentence from a single commenter may have a stronger influence on the sentiment values than other commenters when in reality the commenter may only be using two redundant positive words to explain. Is there anyway to categorize sentiment based on the full text of the comment?

Is there anyway to get a link to the manager platform training? We would love to include it in a manager access roll-out communication, unfortunately if you copy the link from that page and have someone try to follow it, it takes them to their default dashboard. Is there a link that will take them into the training rather than the default dashboard?

I have a few departments that have only 2 people in them. Both employees have filled the survey out, but the data does not reflect a completion rate. It states that the data is insufficient. I assume that this is going to be the same for all small department sizes. Is there a certain number that your department must be in order to aggregate data?

I'm running an executive report for 4 departments that are tied with a business leader I support, when i downloaded the reports in excel its showing me two columns. One titled Company and the other My teams. I'm assuming that the company refers to the whole corporation and then My teams refers to the 4 departments ID's I selected? Can you group a demographic? i.e. we have 25 career band levels, I want to cluster into two groups (leadership & non-leadership), so levels 1-18 are non leadership and 19-25 are leadership. At the moment in the attributes field we only have the 25 levels as an option.
