A random question - is it possible to change the order in which comments are displayed in the Comments Report to show the most recent ones first? As far as I can tell they seem to be displayed in date order with the oldest comments first and I like to review the comments while surveys are live so I can bookmark any that are of interest/concern. But as we get thousands of comments to go through, it’s really frustrating to keep scrolling through all the ones I’ve already read to find the most recent ones. Is there a setting where I can change this so I can easily see the most recent comments for each question?If not, could it be added to the enhancement list please to be able to change the default setting?

Each Goal/Action Plan used to have a small section that I think was titled “Why it matters.” It was short, about a paragraph or two, but was nice because it summed up the purpose of the question. Hi,Today is the deadline for the Glint survey. But even though 11 members of my team have already sent the survey, I can't see any results. I only see "You have no feedback history". Can you please check and let me know why no results are shown yet?
Can Glint provide standard-deviation within a particular survey question score/ overall score? The standard deviation would help determine the extent to which a group are answering questions consistently. E.g. Given two groups of 100 people, both with a mean of 60 but a standard deviation of 10 vs 20, this would give insight that the average difference from the mean is small in group 1 and large in group 2 indicating consistency of opinion in group 1 and a wide variety of opinion in group 2. Currently, it seems, there is no way to get this insight in Glint except by breaking the groups out into smaller groups.Thanks

Received the following message: “you don't have enough respondents to see your team's results, but you can view a summary of your broader team's results.” I do not get an option anywhere to do that. How can we look at something to know our feedback was actually collated in a way that someone, at some level in our organization can actually use it?
Is it possible to configure the recognition templates by adding, removing, or editing the standard ones shown in the training videos? I am looking for a way to get in touch with customer support to reset my survey responses or reopen my responses for me to update. I sent a request on 9/17 (455940) and unfortunately 10 days later I have not heard a peep. My company survey closes on the 29th.
I validated my last survey of the month of October 2023 without doing so on purpose, would it be possible to redo ?
