Help! I just spent over an hour with my team presenting our survey results. we selected 3 focus areas and manually created 2-3 follow-up activities for each. When we were done, I clicked on the DONE button but now i cannot find any of those activities. Help! troy.bruder@volvo.com

In a few of the resources, it states suppression is necessary “to prevent guessing the scores of respondent groups with insufficient data using simple math...”. Does someone have an example of this simple math? I feel like I fully understood the suppression guidelines, until I hear/see this statement. Does someone have an example they could share? We’ve already gotten questions about this from our managers.Thanks! Angel
We have a few employees who had left the company and then come back. That said, when we do a rehire in our HRIS system, they keep the email alias they had but it does not give them the same employee number… it generates a new one. This is causing issues with uploading users and the manager hierarchy. I had tried my glint version of “turning off and on” - deactivate the employee(s) does not work/ nor does reactivating them. How do I change/update an employee’s “employee number” in Glint?
We are planning to launch a survey with several matrix-style questions but understand this is not a current functionality in Glint. We are open to ideas as to how to get around this but can’t think of any alternative other than breaking out each matrix option to be its own question.Thanks for any suggestions!

Why can't I see the participation during the survey? Many locations are blank. My understanding is that if it’s below 5 respondents, data will not populate. Is that accurate?
I have 5 out 6 responders but my engagement score is not shown, it is displaying as hyphen (--). However individual questions scores are listed with values compared to last survey and compared to benchmark. Only aggregated engagement score is not shown, It looks like a bug to me, can the team look into it.
I tried to upload my employees data to the one of our company program on Glint. But after successfully upload the file (CSV FORMAT), unfortunately only 6 out on 15 appears on the platform. May I know what is the reason?

I was not able to select all the raters I was planning to as a few of the individuals’ name and email address was not provided in the search list (company internal individuals). How can this be fixed ?
I only see overall company results but cannot find a filter by manager/leader. I have been given access to compile data on the top performing managers within the organization but cannot find a filter for leaders.
I have a programme in place, and whether it is approved or not, I can’t duplicate it. Is there something I’m missing or is it an access issue? I am an admin so should be able to do everything. The duplicate tab shows up when I hover on the ellipsis but nothing happens when I click it. Any help would be much appreciated!
I don’t understand how Glint is deciding to color code results in a pulse survey. I will see some items in blue, grey, or red and I can’t figure out what dictates the color coding. For example, I have one question with all favorable responses and score of 90 but it is colored red. Yet I have a different question with all favorable responses and score of 90 that is colored blue. This doesn’t make sense to me. Both questions are higher scores than the last survey so both have trended up. Why is one red and the other blue? I have not been able to find details on this coloring. Does anyone have more info on this?
