There are many user roles within our platform that are no longer used and I do not see how to clean these up and delete them? Valori

Hi I started the process of completing the survey answered one question and then it closed down and now I cant access it . Please can youb rep open my  instance - urgent! 

I’ve created and shared a custom report. I would now like to see what it looks like when another user opens up the link. How do I view a custom report as another user?If I use the “Login As”, I can view default reports as another user, but I can’t see custom reports built by me.

Can you please share how you convert raw numbers into a final score? So for example, if on a question your favorability is 89%, nuetral is 11% and unfavorability is 0% - how would you convert that to a final score? 

I am the admin, and can’t get survey results for my survey.  It states less than 5 responses creates no results, however i have 7 responses and that is 50% of the team.  Shouldn’t i still be able to review the open ended questions of the survey?how would i get access to that? thank you 

Hi,My Glint survey says i have 17 team members to fill in the survey, when in reality i have less people as my direct reports in my organisation. Is there any chance to validate your data vs Workday? Can i check somewhere what people are counted to the 17 number? Can we correct it, so i have reall results?ThanksPaulina

Hello, I am pulling data to understand how male/female answered the questions they were given. Can the break down of the heat map be explained to me so I read it properly.  A picture is attached. I have highlighted in the picture Camarderie - Team.  How do the numbers calculate? The respondents line makes sense to me however, the rest do not.  Please help :) Vicki  

I have my latest results come through but it states I have 5 out of 7 staff complete the form. I only have 5 staff as the other 2 left (made redundant). Is there a way to correct my results?  

Hi TeamIs Glint able to send login links to users via text to their mobiles? We already leverage the unique email links and user/password direct sign in and are wondering if there are any other alternatives we could add to promote completion rates?ThanksAsh

Can you group a demographic? i.e. we have 25 career band levels, I want to cluster into two groups (leadership & non-leadership), so levels 1-18 are non leadership and 19-25 are leadership. At the moment in the attributes field we only have the 25 levels as an option.

Is there a way to easily capture all of the comments?

Hi there,We’ve recently completed a company wide survey and 2 member of the HR team have admin access to view the results of the entire company…but we have noticed that direct reports under us (who are not responsible for anything related to this type of work) who are line managers and that have only 1 direct report can incorrectly see the results of the entire company! From my understanding they should only be seeing the results of their 1 up Managers team (which is for 20 employees AND NOT ALL 580!). This appears to be a concerning bug/security/privacy flaw where Glint is determining everyone company wide and their results is part of the Admin users team… Anyone else noticed this issue and is it getting fixed? 

And (similar question) if a manager transfers to a new role do they see the previous data on their new team, and no longer have access to their old team’s data? Thanks, brains!

Hello, On the Dashboard I currently can not see my previous survey results nor can I see the results for my people leaders. Our company is currently in a survey window and it seems because we are in a survey window I can not see any historical activity. I need this information as I am in the process of writing reviews. The question is--how can I access historical reports when the company is in a current survey window. Thanks, Randy

Can we get the same analysis, not per team of more than 8 eople but per HP location where we have more that 8 people. 

How do I create a new survey?

I did find the Day 1 my LES & Voice results into my HR Portal.,,But the 2nd Day onwards i could not find the link into My HR portal and also in the Dash Board.Please help me to find the link and to extract my LES & Voice results summary. ThanksBala

Cannot see my 5 direct reports and over 300 indirect reports.  

I have a few questions where all of the respondents gave a 5 rating, which should yield an average score of 100. But the Glint scores on those questions are 80s and 85s. How does that compute?

I can’t find a user that GLINT confirms they added.  Where should I look so I can assign their roles?
